Finance & Tax Manager - #2171894

We are working with a prestigious, independent investment manager offering a varied role within its established finance team.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of key tax responsibilities while gaining exposure to wider finance, treasury and investment fund activities.

The opportunity:

1. Manage UK corporate and employment tax matters.
2. Support international tax reporting across corporate and fund structures.
3. Work alongside the Head of Finance on wider finance and treasury activities.
4. Liaise with external advisers and contribute to tax governance and compliance.
5. Gain exposure to a sophisticated global investment management business.

What are we looking for?

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA and/or CTA qualified with strong tax experience.
2. Excellent knowledge of UK corporate and employment tax.
3. Financial services experience preferred, ideally within investment management.
4. A proactive, hands-on individual who enjoys variety and responsibility.
