Pension schemes invest trillions of pounds on behalf of millions of savers. Behind those investments sits a sophisticated operational infrastructure — platforms that allow pension schemes to access funds, manage portfolios, rebalance assets and monitor investment performance. My client is one of those platforms.

Now entering a period of planned growth, they are looking for a new member for their Client Relations team to join them in providing fantastic investment administration support for their institutional pension clients .

As a Client Relations Associate you will be a first point of contact for all Trustee enquiries, working closely with colleagues across middle and back office to deliver a seamless experience that have made this client one of best-in-class.

• Investment platform operations

• Data governance

• Operational processes supporting institutional investing

Investment Operations

• Fund onboarding

• Data management and reporting

What we are looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent attention to detail

• Clear communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Curiosity about financial markets and investment operations

Desirable:

• CISI Investment Operations Certificate (or willingness to study towards it)

• Experience in pensions, investment operations or asset management

Although this is a fixed-term contract, our client is keen to add real value to this experience and are looking for someone with genuine determination to build a career in the investment sector.

On offer is a salary of £30,000 to £34,000 pro-rata, plus inclusion in their employee benefits program that includes pensions, life cover, private medical insurance, income protection and 25 days holiday, again pro-rata.
