You will need to have experience of teaching/tutoring Functional Skills English, ESOL, EFL or literacy, and have the ability to engage and enthuse 16- to 18-year-olds from a variety of vocational disciplines. You will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with many opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer a range of benefits for staff including Teachers' Pension Scheme, wellness platform, staff discounts, employee assistance programme and free car parking on all sites.
