Property Management Administrator - #2172209

An established and highly successful property group is seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to join its team in North West London.

This position will play a key role in supporting the property management and lettings teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the portfolio through efficient administration and a high standard of service.

This is a full time, office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day property and lettings administration, including move-ins, move-outs, tenancy paperwork
• Manage utility accounts, meter readings, billing dates and usage, ensuring bills are accurate and queries are resolved promptly.
• Registering deposits.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, intermediate Excel and CRM systems.
• Provide general administration and hands-on support to other teams when required.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, clients and colleagues.

About You:

• Previous experience within property, lettings or property administration.
• Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work well within a small team.
