We are looking for an experienced Sales Support to join a fantastic furniture business with a beautiful central London office and a genuinely lovely, close-knit team. The role will involve managing customer orders from processing through to delivery, providing excellent customer support, coordinating stock and deliveries, and overseeing international shipping arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and providing general administrative support to the wider sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in sales support or order management within the furniture sector, with a strong understanding of order processing, international shipping and logistics. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a degree-level education.
