What You Will Be Doing

• Collecting, cleaning and analysing data from a range of systems and sources.• Building clear reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance.• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicating them to stakeholders.• Working with colleagues across the organisation to answer business questions with data.• Maintaining data quality, accuracy and consistency in reporting.• Supporting forecasting, planning and performance monitoring activity.• Presenting findings to managers in a clear, jargon-free way.

About You

• Experience in a data analysis or similar analytical role.• Strong skills in Excel and at least one tool such as SQL, Power BI or Python.• Excellent attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.• The ability to explain analysis simply to non-technical colleagues.• Confidence managing multiple requests and prioritising sensibly.• Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
