Treasury Operations Analyst (Contract)
A leading international banking institution is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Analyst to join its Treasury Operations team on a contract basis
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing operations function responsible for the confirmation and settlement of high-value FX and Money Market transactions across EMEA. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring trades are accurately confirmed, settled and controlled within strict market deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely confirmation and settlement of FX and Money Market transactions.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions, unmatched deals and cash breaks.
• Respond to internal and external trade enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and process SWIFT messages and ensure operational continuity.
• Support control frameworks, identifying risks and escalating issues where required.
• Support outsourced operational activities across multiple EMEA locations.
• Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational tasks are completed accurately.

Required Experience

• Proven experience within Treasury Operations, Settlements or Confirmations gained in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of FX and Money Market products.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, confirmation matching and settlement processes.
• Experience investigating and resolving cash breaks and trade discrepancies.
• Understanding of domestic and international payment settlements.
• Good knowledge of operational controls, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Awareness of AML and financial crime procedures.
