Senior Business Analyst - Marketing & Content Transformation - #2173484

The role
A leading global investment client is transforming how it creates, approves, publishes and measures its marketing and client content. As Business Analyst, you'll map how content is produced today and help shape the future-state processes, governance and technology, so that content gets to market faster, is more consistent and needs less manual effort.

What you'll be doing

• Running discovery workshops with marketing, distribution, digital, compliance and technology teams
• Mapping the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation through approval and publishing to measurement
• Gathering, prioritising and documenting business requirements
• Assessing marketing technology (CMS, DAM, workflow and publishing tools) and supporting vendor evaluation
• Helping define content governance, taxonomy and ownership
• Supporting UAT, business readiness and benefits tracking

What you'll need

• Significant Business Analyst experience on business, digital or technology transformation programmes
• A proven background in marketing, content, digital, CRM or customer experience change
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills
• Confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
• Short notice period
• Financial services experience, ideally asset management, insurance or wealth

Nice to have

• Experience with content approval in a regulated environment
