Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days per week on site)

Contract: Temporary, 6 months

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Pay: £24.67 per hour (+ £2.98 holiday pay)

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a prestigious higher education institution in the search for a temporary Audit Support Officer.

The role will be focused on supporting physical audits across multiple sites, providing a fantastic opportuntiy for an experienced operations, adminstration, or facilities professional to make an immediate impact within a globally renowned university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical audits across various locations.
• Validate and update datasets using observations and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies within data records.
• Review audit information and highlight changes requiring system updates.
• Use Excel to analyse, sort, filter and review data.
• Produce reports, summaries and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
• Carry out data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate audit schedules, logistics and queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the audit team.

Key Requirements:

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar operations, administration, or facilities role within the higher education sector, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
