An exciting opportunity with a global entertainment brand is looking for a Senior Global D2C Excellence & Standardisation Manager to drive operational excellence, partner performance, and continuous improvement across a large-scale direct-to-consumer operation.

As the Senior Global D2C Excellence & Standardisation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving operational excellence and standardisation across global D2C operations.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across fulfilment, logistics, customer service, and supply chain functions.
• Identifying operational gaps and implementing process, systems, and partner improvements.
• Supporting 3PL, warehousing, and logistics partner onboarding and integration projects.
• Analysing operational KPIs and performance data to drive efficiencies and improve customer experience.
• Building business cases, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Supporting new market launches and product expansion across multiple regions.
• Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

• 10+ years' experience within D2C, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong understanding of fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, and 3PL partner management.
• Proven experience delivering operational improvement and standardisation programmes.
• Experience supporting systems implementations, integrations, UAT, and operational change projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPI reporting and operational data to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
