Senior Production Manager - Blood Records - #2174464

We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee physical production across all releases. You'll lead and develop the production team, manage supplier relationships and ensure every release is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the vinyl production team
• Own production schedules, coordinating deadlines and proactively managing risks
• Manage suppliers, including quotations, negotiations, bookings and performance
• Oversee test pressings, colour approvals and quality control across vinyl, audio and packaging
• Work with the creative team to develop special editions and new formats from concept to production
• Manage production budgets, unit costs and performance reporting
• Coordinate with e-commerce, label and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth release delivery

Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in vinyl or physical music production, including at least two years managing a team
• Strong knowledge of vinyl pressing, coloured and special-effect vinyl, packaging and print specifications
• An established supplier network and experience negotiating pricing and production capacity
• Proven ability to manage multiple releases against fixed deadlines
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience with limited-edition, D2C or drop-based releases
• Knowledge of UK, European and US pressing plants
