Excellent opportunity for a Legal PA or Legal Secretary with Corporate law experience to join a medium-sized law firm based in the West End of London. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office. Friendly, supportive environment, nice offices in a great location. Low turnover of staff.
As an experienced Legal PA or Legal Secretary in Corporate, you will be supporting the Partners and Lawyers in this successful, fast-paced Corporate law team. The work is interesting, broad in scope and includes -
- Liaising with clients on the phone and in person, taking accurate messages
- AML checks and onboarding clients including KYC documentation
- Billing and monitoring incoming payments
- Document work including dictation, formatting, comparison, updating and amending
- Full range of legal administration
You will require recent Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience in Corporate law, good communication skills, plus excellent IT skills.
