MSK Physiotherapists – Band 6/7

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients for multiple Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist positions at Band 6 and Band 7 level across London and the surrounding areas.

Successful candidates will assess, treat and manage patients presenting with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to support recovery, improve function and enhance patient outcomes.

Depending on the role and clinical setting, responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive MSK assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
• Managing a varied caseload, including complex musculoskeletal presentations appropriate to your level of experience.
• Delivering evidence-based treatment interventions, exercise programmes and rehabilitation plans.
• Providing patient education on injury prevention, pain management and self-management strategies.
• Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Supporting junior colleagues, clinical supervision and service development where appropriate, particularly at Band 7 level.

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Relevant post-registration experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Strong clinical assessment, reasoning and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload independently and work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and high standards of patient care.

• Previous experience working at NHS Band 6 or Band 7 level, or in an equivalent MSK role.
• Experience managing complex musculoskeletal conditions.
• Postgraduate qualifications or additional training in MSK physiotherapy.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior clinicians, particularly for Band 7 positions.
