Working closely with colleagues across HR, Finance and IT, you will play an important role in maintaining data quality and supporting the smooth running of payroll operations.

  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports, dashboards and key performance metrics.
  • Analyse payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Carry out regular checks and audits to identify payroll errors and support corrective actions.
  • Perform reconciliations between payroll data and other business systems, investigating any differences.
  • Support payroll-related queries from internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
  • Help ensure payroll reports are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.
  • Work with HR, Finance and IT colleagues to improve data quality and streamline information flows.
  • Assist with payroll system updates, testing and process improvements.
  • Support compliance activities by helping maintain accurate payroll records and keeping up to date with relevant payroll requirements.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analysis to support payroll and business decisions.
  • Contribute to wider team initiatives and projects as required.

You'll be/have:

  • Previous international experience in payroll administration & payroll analysis
  • A good understanding of payroll processes and the importance of accurate payroll data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to organise, analyse and reconcile data.
  • Experience working with payroll systems such as CloudPay, Workday or ADP is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking data.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in identifying trends and resolving discrepancies.
  • Comfortable preparing reports and presenting information clearly to colleagues.
  • A proactive attitude, with the confidence to ask questions, investigate issues and suggest improvements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • An interest in developing knowledge of payroll compliance, tax requirements and data management.
  • Ideal Candidate: Someone with a solid foundation in payroll and strong Excel and data skills, who is keen to learn, develop and grow within a payroll analytics environment.
