We are recruiting confident and inspiring Early Years Room Leaders to lead dedicated teams and create nurturing, engaging environments where every child can learn, grow and thrive. These opportunities are ideal for experienced practitioners who are ready to take ownership of a room, support colleagues and champion outstanding early years practice across our client nursery group's London locations.

If you hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience supporting or leading a nursery room, this is an opportunity to progress your career within a supportive setting. Permanent full-time and part-time roles are available.

• Lead the day-to-day running of your room, setting clear expectations and maintaining consistently high standards of care and education.
• Support, motivate and guide practitioners through positive role modelling, coaching and effective delegation.
• Plan and oversee inspiring learning experiences that respond to each child's interests, development and individual needs.
• Build trusted partnerships with parents and carers, sharing children's progress and supporting a positive nursery experience.
• Maintain excellent safeguarding, health and safety, record-keeping and compliance with relevant legislation and the EYFS framework.
• Work closely with the nursery leadership team to support continuous improvement, occupancy and the wider success of the setting.
