As an Optical Store Manager, you'll combine your optical expertise with inspiring leadership, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store

• Previous management experience within an optical retail environment
• Strong knowledge of optics, eyewear and customer eye care journeys
• A passion for delivering expert advice and exceptional customer service
• Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of driving results
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• The ability to balance clinical credibility with commercial success
• Energy, ownership and a hands-on leadership style
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
