Data Administrator - Law - #2175860

Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Data Administrator to join their London-based Marketing Services team to join them on a full-time, initial 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Due to a particularly busy period, our client is looking for a Data Administrator to join the Marketing Services team, where you will be managing data administration, creating reports, carry out regular data checks whilst maintaining up to date data administration within the CRM.

The successful candidate will have strong data administration skills and possess a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Any previous experience within data management / administration and CRM management would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add new data and maintain existing data quality within the CRM
• Liaise with other departments in the firm in order to create reports of all BD data
• Regularly review and check data to ensure accuracy and identify any missing / duplicate information
• Work with the CRM team to maintain CRM standards, data quality and accuracy
• Handle adhoc tasks and requests when necessary

Key Experience:

• Previous experience in a Data Administration / Data management role would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident liaising with colleagues of all levels across the firm
• Highlevel of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail at all times
• Able to prioritise tasks
• CRM experience is advantageous
