Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

If you're looking for your next role as a Reward and Benefits Advisor and have proven experience, ideally within legal, professional or financial services, then read on. Part of the UK and EMEA team, your roles and responsibilities include:

• Supporting annual pay and bonus processes, benchmarking, job evaluation and reporting such as the gender pay gap.
• Analyse reward data and turn it into clear reports, dashboards and presentations for HR leadership.
• Run the day-to-day of our client's UK and EMEA benefits programmes, including enrolments, life event changes and annual renewals. You'll also be the go-to contact for employee and partner questions.
• Manage relationships with external providers, insurers and brokers to make sure our client's benefits are delivered well.
• Help develop and promote wellbeing and engagement initiatives, including the Firm's Wellness Works Programme.

A subject matter expert, you will have hands on experience, strong analytical, numerical and organisational skillls, good HRIS (eg Workday) and Excel skills, and a proactive and collaboratively way of working with other members of the HR team, employees and third-party vendors.
