Interim Recruitment Advisor, 18mth FTC, Law Firm, London, Agile - #2175971

Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an interim Recruitment Advisor on behalf of a highly reputable law firm based in London. The role is business services focused and is open to candidates from a range of sectors, although some experience/working knowledge of the legal and/or professional services sectors would be helpful. There is a high-level of interaction with the business so you will need to be confident, credible and responsive in your approach. Responsibilities include:

• building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the firm's business services functions and developing an understanding of each function's objectives and culture;
• acting as a trusted adviser on recruitment matters, giving informed guidance on the external market, salary expectations and realistic timescales;
• helping hiring managers define the skills, experience and behaviours a role requires;
• managing the full recruitment cycle, from taking the brief to offer acceptance;
• building relationships with key recruitment agencies, instructing on vacancies and encouraging a diverse shortlist of candidates;
• running screening calls and attending interviews, using structured, competency-based methods to assess candidates fairly and consistently, ensuring the firm makes the right hires
• maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current and relevant employment legislation.
• providing a first class candidate and internal "client" experience throughout the recruitment process.

You should have the full 360 recruitment process experience (job posting, shortlisting, initial screening, arranging interviews, offer management etc), together with experience of alternative routes to market (social media, directly, via referrals, recruitment agencies etc), together with a "high-touch", proactive approach to stakeholder and candidate management.
