We are delighted to be supporting a very well established international superyacht company in their search for an exceptional Charter Assistant to join their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be in the exciting world of luxury yachting, working alongside their successful charter team, and supporting an extraordinary international clientele. From multi-million-pound yacht charters and glamorous Mediterranean destinations to prestigious yacht shows and exclusive hospitality events, this is a fascinating industry in which to build a long-term career.
Working within a close-knit and supportive team, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the operation, providing high-level administrative support to the team, helping to coordinate arrangements, managing important documentation and liaising with clients, yacht captains and international contacts. You will also mentor and support a junior Assistant, helping to delegate and oversee day-to-day responsibilities.
