What You'll Do

• Identify and address transfer pricing risks/opportunities across the group, developing solutions to protect value in alignment with the Tax Operating Model.
• Maintain and enhance the group's transfer pricing strategy and governance framework for cross-border transactions, while supporting projects tied to evolving value chains and tax environments (e.g., OECD initiatives, digitisation).
• Provide proactive, tailored transfer pricing advice to corporate functions and Group Tax teams, identifying risks and opportunities while establishing and sharing best practices, technical standards and documentation to ensure consistent, effective tax advice.
• Support global compliance by setting standards, conducting audits, and guiding process owners or co-source providers, while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.
• Develop tools, governance frameworks, and training programs to manage transfer pricing risks effectively and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve transfer pricing disputes, collaborating with relevant teams across the organisation.
• Manage external advisors on tax matters and build strong relationships within Group Tax and operations.
• Identify and address risks or gaps in project execution, policies, or systems that impact performance, escalating issues when necessary.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards through leadership, audits, and adherence to Group values while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment by driving objectives, holding stakeholders accountable, and contributing to overall business success.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and take action or escalate as appropriate.

What You Bring

• Transfer pricing experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm or in-house
• Knowledge of international tax principles and global transfer pricing trends.
• Commercially oriented with experience presenting to senior management.
• Develop practical solutions and implement strategic project plans effectively.
• Analyse complex information, extract key insights, and perform sound tax analysis.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and commercial acumen skills.
• Proficient in managing tight deadlines, prioritising tasks, and using spreadsheets/tools for analysis and reporting.
