Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-17:30
Location: City of London
Working pattern: Fully office-based

Are you an ambitious legal professional or legal administrator looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within a prestigious international law firm?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised law firm. Working closely with key stakeholders in the business, this role will provide firm-wide support and exposure across Operations, Facilities, Events and Hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for administration

* Providing administrative support across a range of business support functions
* Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and office activities

* Supporting with diary management and travel, including last-minute ad hoc requests
* Supporting the Facilities and Operations teams with day-to-day administration
* Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm
* Helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the London office

* Demonstrable administrative experience within a legal or professional services environment
* Strong organisational skills and exemplary attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

* Excellent customer service skills
* A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach

* Flexibility to work according to business demands and during busy periods
