The Candidate

• 3-5 years' PQE (guideline)
• Should have broad experience of sales and acquisitions, development, investment and portfolio management among others
• Client facing, with a commercial approach
• Ability to work well in a structured team environment

The team deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases, purchases and sales
• Landlord and tenant
• Licenses
• Property finance
• Security lending
• Advising on all types of property agreement

The team is highly regarded in the sector and counts a number of household names as clients, particularly those in the retail and leisure sector.
