Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative

Location: London – various boroughs

Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Pay: £17–£20 per hour, depending on experience

The role

MNM Property Services is a growing property maintenance contractor delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the surrounding areas. Our 3 London offices are located in Willesden, Chingford, and Wandsworth.

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Multi Traders to join our team, carrying out repairs and maintenance in residential properties across multiple London boroughs.

Whether your main trade is carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, or kitchen and bathroom fitting, we'd like to hear from you if you have solid practical skills and can confidently tackle a variety of property maintenance jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and general property maintenance across a range of trades
• Work safely and follow relevant health and safety procedures
• Report job progress, variations, and any additional works identified
• Communicate professionally with residents, colleagues, and the office team

Essential requirements

• An ability to carry out a range of repairs to a good standard
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Reliability, organisation, and an ability to work independently

Desirable experience

• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Social housing maintenance or responsive repairs experience.
• Experience working across multiple trades.
