I’m recruiting a Legal PA to join the Private Client team of a leading law firm on a permanent basis.

This is a broad, client-facing PA role where you’ll work closely with Partners and Fee Earners, taking ownership of everything from client relationships and project co-ordination through to diaries, meetings, billing and matter management. You’ll also get involved in pitches, presentations, events and identifying ways of improving how support is delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel
• Building relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Supporting client projects, pitches, presentations and events
• Billing, expenses, time recording and financial reporting
• Matter opening, engagement letters and risk processes
• Co-ordinating work across the wider support team
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and service delivery

You’ll need strong PA experience, excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience using practice management systems. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, organised, solutions-focused and genuinely client-service driven.
