KYC Analyst / Compliance Support

Odevo Group is a global company specialising in property management. We are looking for a KYC Analyst/Complaince support to help strengthen AML, sanctions-screening and KYC controls across our UK businesses.

Working closely with our Compliance team, UK MLRO and operating companies, you’ll investigate screening alerts, assess potential risks and help ensure clear, consistent compliance practices.

What you’ll do:
- Review sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP) and adverse-media alerts, documenting findings and escalating concerns.
- Support ongoing monitoring and respond to AML/KYC queries across our businesses.
- Work with colleagues and system support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to wider compliance projects and stronger controls.

What you’ll bring:
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ideally, experience in AML, KYC, sanctions screening or a similar risk role, alongside familiarity with UK regulatory requirements and screening systems (SmartSearch, Thirdfort, Comply Advantage) or equivalent.
