Location: London

An established and growing real estate private equity investment firm is seeking an Associate Director to join its Investment team.

This is a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure to investor relations, fundraising, financing and portfolio management, working closely with senior management and asset management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on investment performance and asset management strategies.
  2. Support fundraising initiatives, including investor presentations, financial analysis and engagement with prospective investors.
  3. Prepare quarterly investor reports, portfolio updates and capital markets commentary.
  4. Oversee asset-level financial models, cash flow forecasts and portfolio performance analysis.
  5. Work alongside asset managers to evaluate leasing strategies, capital expenditure, disposals and value-enhancement opportunities.
  6. Support portfolio valuations, debt financing, refinancing and covenant compliance.
  7. Liaise with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of investment business plans.
  8. Help lead and develop a growing team.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have at least five years' experience within real estate investment or private equity, ideally with exposure to UK commercial sectors - offices, industrial, retail and some mixed uses.

Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills are essential, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with investors and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership of projects within a fast-moving investment environment.

An excellent opportunity to join an ambitious investment platform offering significant responsibility, broad transaction exposure and genuine career development.

Competitive remuneration, discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
