JOB FUNCTION

1. Deliver robust cash flow modelling, valuation, and credit analysis across structured finance and private credit transactions.
2. Support risk management and client reporting through accurate and transparent analytical outputs.
3. Develop, maintain, and enhance fit-for-purpose financial models and valuation methodologies.

Essential Experience Required

1. Strong interest in real estate, infrastructure, and debt markets required.
2. Solid understanding of European credit markets, transaction structures, and key credit and valuation risk drivers across alternative asset classes.
3. Proven hands-on experience in financial modelling and credit risk analysis, including interpretation of legal and transaction documentation.
4. Good knowledge of rating agency methodologies and structured finance analytical approaches.
5. High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
6. Interest in automation, data analytics, and applied quantitative methods; programming skills (SQL, VBA, Python) advantageous.
