• Candidate could be QBE, LC, Legal Executive or a Solicitor

Conveyancer

• The ideal candidate should be able to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish, including:
• Purchases
• Sales
• Re-mortgages / refinancing
• Bridging finance transactions
• Medium/high-value and property matters
• They must be confident running files with minimal supervision and dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.

Conveyancer

• Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
• Ability to run purchase, sale, refinance and bridging files independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
