A newly created opportunity for an experienced Business Development Lead to shape and drive a best-in-class bids, pitches and proposals function within a leading professional services environment.

This highly visible role will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-value proposals and panel tenders, while building the infrastructure, content libraries, templates and processes that support long-term business growth.

• Lead complex bids, pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Build and manage a centralised proposal and credentials library.
• Develop pitch templates, playbooks and bid processes.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, BD, Brand and Finance teams.
• Track win rates, pipeline activity and proposal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-pitch reviews and market insight.

• Proven experience in bids, proposals or business development within legal or professional services.
• Strong proposal writing, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience building or enhancing bid infrastructure and processes.
• Commercially minded with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
