A polished, politically astute Executive Assistant is required support a high-profile Principal who is well connected within political circles. Based in the London office on a hybrid basis three days, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional gravitas, political awareness and the judgement to operate at the heart of public life.

Key duties:

• Extensive complex diary management
• Coordinating UK and international travel
• Inbox management, identifying priorities, filtering and drafting responses
• Managing the CRM database with key stakeholder and donor information arising from meetings
• Proactively managing agendas, coordinating future engagements, and ensuring actions are progressed
• Research and preparation for all briefings ahead of meetings
• Assisting with drafting of speeches, correspondence, and other strategic communications

Ideal Candidate

• Ideally five years’ Executive Assistant experience at C-suite level or high-profile individuals
• Superb written communication skills as you will represent your Principal
• Politically astute with a strong understanding of the wider political landscape
• Exceptional gravitas, sound judgement, strong business acumen and complete discretion
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities shift quickly
• Exposure to the City and established professional networks would be highly advantageous
