Middleware Platform Support Lead - #2179007

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the support of the business critical middleware platforms across EMEA. You'll act as the senior escalation point for complex platform issues while improving resilience, automation, monitoring and engineering standards.

You'll use deep technical expertise with active production support responsibilities, leading complex incident resolution, driving platform resilience and automation improvements, and ensuring the stability and supportability of business-critical services across a 24x7 production environment.

This is a newly created role in a high growth business. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience are essential:

1. Strong hands on with AutoSys or equivalent workload automation platforms and Splunk
2. Strong hands-on IBM MQ administration and production-support experience.
3. Experience supporting business-critical services, including on-call, major incident and out-of-hours activity.
4. Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £135,000 + bonus + package

Level: Vice President (VP)

Location: London (good work from home options available)
