Global Mobility Tax Manager - Top 10 Firm - #2179009

A Top 10 Accounting Firm is searching for a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join the team in their Central London office, offering flexible & agile working policies

As a Global Mobility Tax Manager you will be a key point of contact for your client contacts, collaborate closely with internal colleagues from non-Global Mobility Tax teams, as well as going to market and winning new business. You'll manage junior staff members, deliver training, review work and provide feedback.

The role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients including billings and cash collection
• Take responsibility of project delivery, ranging in complexity
• Review work completed by junior colleagues, advising/coaching where required
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the firm's quality control procedures
• Manage communication with HMRC and any other external contacts
• Develop business with new and existing clients

Your experience:

• ATT, CTA or ACA qualified
• Experienced in managing, training and mentoring junior colleagues
• Experience of leading projects varying in size and complexity
