The Role

You’ll join an established team of 10 Paraplanners, working closely with a dedicated Paraplanning Manager who is genuinely committed to supporting each individual, strengthening their technical knowledge and helping them develop.

The role offers plenty of technical exposure, including complex financial planning, alongside the opportunity to attend client meetings with Advisers and build rapport with clients.

Career development is a real focus, with two clear routes depending on your ambitions:

Progress into Financial Advice: There is a genuine pathway to becoming an Adviser, typically within around two years depending on your development. The business has a proven track record of helping Paraplanners we’ve placed make this transition.

Continue as a technical specialist: For those who enjoy Paraplanning and want to deepen their expertise, there are opportunities to progress into Senior Paraplanner and Subject Matter Expert positions.

You’ll also receive full support towards Chartered status, with ongoing learning and development encouraged throughout your career.

£40,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience.

Diploma-qualified Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge.

Location & Working Pattern

City of London, with two days working from home per week available after probation.
