INTEC SELECT LIMITED
Technical Program Manager | eDiscovery & Information Governance | 12-Month Contract | Remote (UK)

We’re partnering with a global technology company to hire a Technical Program Manager into its Legal team (eDiscovery & Information Governance). It’s a new 12-month contract, fully remote in the UK.

The role sits between program strategy and technical delivery, supporting global litigation, regulatory and information governance matters alongside the data science and AI initiatives behind them. You’ll own a portfolio of concurrent workstreams, moving between day-to-day case work and long-range roadmap planning.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Owning end-to-end program plans with cross-functional teams, covering intake and triage, milestones, blockers and firm submission/production deadlines
  • Writing and running your own SQL to support case work and program reporting
  • Driving enhancements to existing AI and eDiscovery tools, vetting new ones, and managing the lifecycle of internal apps and scripts
  • Building scalable, defensible playbooks, workflows and templates
  • Creating evaluation frameworks, metrics and dashboards (completion rates, turnaround times, time blocked)
  • Giving regular updates to internal partners, case teams and Outside Counsel
  • Shaping roadmaps and scoping new initiatives from AI and technology trends

What you’ll need:
  • 5+ years in technical program or project management, including direct support of eDiscovery, information governance or legal ops teams
  • Hands-on SQL and experience managing development and tooling lifecycles (this is not an oversight-only role)
  • Proven experience managing complex intake processes and cross-functional workflows at scale
  • Experience building performance metrics and evaluation frameworks
  • Experience supporting high-stakes litigation, regulatory or governance matters
  • Strong communication skills, able to turn technical and legal detail into clear updates for varied stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently with little direct leadership involvement

Nice to have:
  • Direct experience with data science or AI teams
  • Professional services or consulting background
  • In-house technology company experience
  • Experience with GSD or similar project management systems
  • PMP certification

Details:
  • £400 - £450 P/D (Inside IR 35)
  • Remote
  • Initial 12-Month contract

Interview process is likely two stages, one being a technical test.
