ASB Localities Officer - #2179081

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ASB Localities Officer to join a forward-thinking Community Safety team.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in investigating anti-social behaviour, supporting vulnerable residents and delivering enforcement interventions that improve community safety across the borough.

You will be responsible for managing complex ASB investigations, gathering evidence, preparing legal documentation and working collaboratively with Police, housing providers and other statutory partners to achieve long-term solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Investigating reports of anti-social behaviour and nuisance.
• Managing complex and sensitive caseloads.
• Gathering evidence and preparing enforcement cases.
• Working with legal teams to support court action.
• Conducting visits, patrols and resident engagement activities.
• Supporting vulnerable victims through effective case management.
• Attending and chairing multi-agency meetings.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies.

What we're looking for:

• Proven ASB case management experience within local government, housing, policing or community safety.
• Thorough understanding of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
• Experience undertaking enforcement action and preparing legal evidence.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience working within a multi-agency environment.

Desirable

• London Borough experience.
• Experience with vulnerable client groups.
• Experience producing evidential bundles for legal proceedings.
