Conveyancing Secretary - #2179158

Our client, an independent specialist law firm based in North West London, are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and collaborative team, providing dedicated support to conveyancing fee earners.

Duties:

• Supporting residential conveyancing transactions from file opening through to completion and post-completion.
• Using systems such as Searchflow, HM Land Registry, SDLT and Thirdfort, or similar platforms.
• Managing the full conveyancing process, including file opening, client onboarding, issuing contract packs, post-exchange arrangements, completions, Land Registry registrations and resolving requisitions

This role would suit someone with hands-on residential conveyancing experience within a busy legal team looking to build on their secretarial career, this is not a fee earning role/paralegal role.

To be considered you must have relevant experience supporting conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
