An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic insurance professional to join a growing Product team in a brand-new role supporting the Commercial Retail business.
Working within the first line, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Underwriting, Wordings and Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) teams, supporting product oversight, compliance, complaints management and customer outcomes. The role will involve analysing data, identifying trends, monitoring product performance and helping ensure products deliver fair value and positive customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Supporting product governance, reviewing complaints and management information, contributing to Fair Value Assessments, monitoring customer outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen processes, maintain appropriate controls and support regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in the insurance market, ideally within personal lines or SME commercial insurance. You may come from a Compliance, Underwriting, Product Management, Operations or a similar background. Experience of complaints handling, product governance, delegated authority or data analysis would be advantageous.
This role will suit a proactive, hands-on individual who is keen to learn, take ownership and make a genuine difference. We are looking for someone with hunger, enthusiasm and a practical, can-do attitude who enjoys getting stuck in, asking questions and helping improve the way things are done.
