Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Sales Manager, Estimator or Project Manager looking to join an established and growing business offering excellent earning potential, career progression and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding an AC division?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the building services and HVAC industry, offering an attractive commission structure, ongoing development and the chance to take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

The company is part of a major international home services group with a strong presence across the UK. With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a commercially driven individual to help expand their air conditioning division across London.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting site surveys, designing AC solutions and preparing quotations for residential and commercial installations. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and installation teams.

The Role:

• Generate and secure new AC installation projects.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
• Design and specify AC systems.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with installation teams and suppliers.
• Identify new business and growth opportunities.

The Person:

• Experience in AC sales, estimating or project management.
• Strong AC system design and sizing knowledge.
• Experience producing accurate quotations.
• Proven sales and customer relationship skills.
• Understanding of HVAC regulations and F-Gas.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
