Business Development Manager | Facilities Management

London | Permanent | £75,000 to £80,000 + Commission

Can you win new business and turn opportunities into profitable Facilities Management contracts?

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Manager with proven, tangible experience winning new contracts within the Facilities Management sector.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong SME Facilities Management background who thrives on winning business, building client relationships and taking ownership of the entire sales process.

The role will focus on:

• Identifying and securing new business across cleaning, security and front of house services
• Managing the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and client meetings through to tenders, negotiations and contract awards
• Building a strong pipeline and consistently delivering against revenue and profit margin targets
• Developing relationships with key decision makers across commercial property, corporate and public sector clients
• Working closely with operational teams to develop competitive, deliverable solutions and support successful contract mobilisation

What we're looking for:

• A demonstrable track record of winning new Facilities Management contractsnot simply managing existing accounts
• Direct experience within the Facilities Management market ideally gained in an SME environment
• Strong tendering, negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to turn opportunities into signed contracts
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the ambition to progress towards Business Development Director level

What's on offer?

• £75,000 to £80,000 basic salary plus commission
