Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to improve delivery consistency, quality and accountability across a multi-team technology environment in Wealth Management.
The role combines delivery leadership, hands-on coaching and operational oversight, helping teams strengthen planning, prioritisation, collaboration and execution. You will establish practical delivery standards, provide visibility of progress and risks, and step into individual teams where additional support is needed.

You will also support the adoption of emerging AI-assisted software development approaches, helping teams evolve their delivery practices while maintaining appropriate governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach delivery leads, engineers and product teams to improve planning, prioritisation and execution.
• Establish consistent, pragmatic delivery practices across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Provide hands-on support to unblock delivery challenges and drive critical initiatives forward.
• Maintain oversight of delivery progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Establish clear reporting and governance to support senior-level decision-making.
• Align delivery activity with business priorities, outcomes and technology strategy.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted development practices, ensuring delivery approaches remain effective, scalable and appropriately governed.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability and stronger delivery capability across teams.

• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple technology teams or workstreams.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to improve team performance without relying solely on direct authority.
• A credible hands-on delivery background, with strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, delivery risks and competing priorities.
• Ability to establish effective governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams and senior leadership.
• Hands on delivery experience with either Avaloq OR Temenos systems

• Experience in enterprise technology, platform engineering or data environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and evolving engineering practices.
• Experience delivering technology within a regulated or complex enterprise environment.

• Consistent delivery standards and stronger team capability across multiple workstreams.
• Clear visibility of delivery progress, risks and dependencies.
• Improved delivery outcomes, with fewer blockers and greater accountability.
• Effective adoption of emerging development practices without compromising quality or governance.
