Qualified Management Accountant – AI Implementation (Light)

Contract: 6 months

Location: Fully office-based

Salary: £400-£500 per day

Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a small but rapidly growing Tech firm to hire a qualified accountant to hire a management accountant who has experience implementing the AI software Light.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Take ownership of the implementation and integration of Light AI software within the finance function.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting efficiency and streamline financial workflows.
• Work closely with finance and wider business stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of the new system.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, reliable and appropriately controlled throughout the implementation.
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance function.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience implementing Light AI software within a finance or accounting environment.
• Available to commit to an initial six-month contract.
• Happy to work fully office-based.
