Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in the insurance sector, looking for a role where you can truly partner with a senior leader?
A leading insurance organisation is seeking a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to its CEO. This is a varied and business-critical position, offering exposure across all areas of the organisation and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
The role will involve managing a complex and ever-changing schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive and board-level documentation, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally. You will also play an important role in supporting governance activities, ensuring board and committee processes run smoothly, maintaining action logs, coordinating meeting papers and helping drive key business priorities forward.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record supporting C-suite executives within the insurance sector and be confident operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will be highly organised, able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships at all levels.
