Bocca di Lupo is a multi-award-winning regional Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho. We specialise in the obscure and delicious highlights of food from all twenty of Italy’s regions.

We’re looking for an experienced Head Waiter or Waitress who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant, the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy. Our entire restaurant management team was promoted from within, so this is a role where you can genuinely grow.

The role

• Run sections and manage table flow during busy services
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling any issues calmly and decisively
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting the team with service standards and menu knowledge
• Help train and develop junior members of the front of house team
• Drive a strong guest experience through confident, attentive service

About you

• Experience in a busy, high-end restaurant
• A genuine passion for Italian food and wine
• Friendly, hardworking and reliable
• Confident leading a section and supporting those around you
