We're looking for a confident, engaging and commercially minded Luxury Sales Advisor to join a luxury eyewear boutique in West London. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for fashion and personal styling with your ability to build relationships and drive sales.

As a Luxury Sales Advisor, you'll help customers discover eyewear that complements their personality and lifestyle. A warm approach, strong product knowledge and a commitment to exceptional customer care will be central to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver a warm, personalised consultation, understanding each customer's style, lifestyle and needs.

• Help customers explore luxury frames and designer sunglasses, offering thoughtful styling advice.

• Build strong product knowledge and explain features, craftsmanship and suitable lens options.

• Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value and individual KPIs through personalised recommendations.

• Build repeat business through clienteling, follow-ups and updates on new collections.

• Support fittings, adjustments and aftercare within your competence, working closely with qualified optical colleagues.

• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.

• Support customer orders, stock and the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.

What We're Looking For

• A proven sales record in luxury or optical retail.

• A genuine passion for fashion, accessories and luxury eyewear.

• A confident communicator who asks thoughtful questions and helps customers make considered purchases.

• A commercial mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of lenses, glazing and frame fitting.

• An optical assistant qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

• A positive, proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
