Do you have an eye for style and a passion for helping customers find their perfect eyewear?

We're looking for a confident, engaging and commercially minded Luxury Eyewear Consultant to join a luxury eyewear boutique in West London. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for styling with your optical expertise, building lasting customer relationships and driving sales.

As a Luxury Eyewear Consultant, you'll offer personalised advice, helping customers discover frames and lenses that complement their style and meet their everyday needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver a warm, personalised consultation, understanding each customer's lifestyle, preferences and eyewear needs.

• Help customers explore designer frames and sunglasses that complement their features and personal style.

• Explain prescription lenses, coatings and glazing clearly, recommending suitable options.

• Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value and individual KPIs through thoughtful recommendations.

• Carry out frame fittings, adjustments and aftercare within the scope of your role, working alongside qualified optical professionals.

• Build lasting relationships through clienteling, follow-ups and collection updates.

• Support customer orders, stock accuracy and the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.

• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.

What We're Looking For

• A proven sales record in optical or luxury retail.

• Strong knowledge of lenses, glazing, frame fitting and adjustments.

• An optical assistant qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

• A confident communicator who helps customers make considered purchases.

• A commercial mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.

• A genuine passion for luxury eyewear and attentive customer care.
