Agile Delivery Manager - Front Office (Asset Mgmt) - #2181085

A leading asset management firm is looking for a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to join its Front Office technology team. Initial 6 month contract supporting a multi-year strategic programme.

The focus of this role is driving the delivery of working software into production, working closely with developers, testers and technical teams. This is not a traditional Project Management position; we are looking for someone who is technically comfortable, delivery-focused and actively involved in getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end Agile delivery, ensuring working software is delivered into production.
• Work closely with developers, testers and technical leads to drive progress and remove blockers.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and release management.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog alongside Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Work with Front Office stakeholders to ensure technology delivery aligns with business priorities.
• Motivate the team, encourage collaboration and continuously improve delivery practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Technical Scrum Master or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Strong Asset Management and Front Office experience is essential.
• Hands-on experience working with software development teams, ideally delivering in-house builds.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC and software release processes.
• Experience with Jira, backlog management and sprint planning.
• A proactive, energetic approach with the ability to take ownership and drive delivery
