Technical Architect - Custody Domains

Working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to support the modernisation of its global Custody technology landscape. This is a senior architecture role focused on solution design, governance, platform modernisation, and innovation across Securities Services and Custody domains.

Details
Rate: up to £800 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
Duration: Initially till November 2027

Key Requirements:

• Strong Technical Architecture experience within Custody, Securities Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking
• Deep knowledge of one or more custody domains, including Securities Settlements, Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions), Transaction Management, Tax Operations, or Cash & FX Processing
• Strong software engineering foundation, ideally across Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, and SQL technologies
• Kafka experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Financial services background is highly desired
