Are you an experienced Wealth Management Administrator or Client Service professional in Wealth Management, looking for the next step in your career?

We're working with a highly respected financial planning firm seeking a Senior Financial Administrator to play a key role in delivering outstanding support to advisers and clients across the financial planning journey.

This is more than just an administration role. You'll be a trusted technical support specialist, managing complex client servicing activities, overseeing key processes, acting as a subject matter expert, and helping drive service excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing client portfolio reports and meeting documentation

Reviewing client cash accounts and implementing new business

Maintaining accurate records using back-office systems, including Intelliflo

Taking ownership of key operational processes

Supporting workflow management, training and team development

Working closely with advisers, paraplanners and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes

We're looking for: Previous experience within Wealth Management or Financial Planning

Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and client servicing processes

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Experience using Intelliflo would be highly advantageous

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
