Executive Assistant to Senior International Relationship Manager - Law Firm.
This truly is an fully involved EA role working in the Central Management department
Duties:
- Dealing with other Senior Stakeholders across departments
- Organising International Functions - sometimes 1 - 2 years ahead
- Organising Dinners and conferences and when in London, attending the conferences too.
- Organising trips
- Be up to date with data systems
- Coordinating diaries across different time zones
- Must be technically advanced and keen to experiment with Tech
- Must be very keen to use and get immersed with AI
- 90% of the business is abroad - BD Events etc…
This is an incredibly involved EA role working for a a prominent independent "Silver Circle" UK law firm
Hybrid 3:2 but expected to be in the office more to get up to speed with the work and systems
